There is no charge to join Arts Out West as a promoter.
Even if nobody comes to your event you will still have to pay Arts Out West £130* (and obviously cover the costs of hiring, heating, lighting the hall, advertising etc)
*or the full artist's fee, if the show has been booked on a non-subsidised basis.
Otherwise it will cost what you would expect : time, effort, sleepless nights ! But it's all worth it in the end.
