A New Partnership for Cumbria
Arts Out West has become one of the Arts Council's National Portfolio Organisations, in a partnership with Highlights productions, which operates a similar scheme in South and East Cumbria, Durham and Northumberland. The good news is that the core funding for both organisations is assured for the next three years. We're looking forward to working more closely alongside Highlights, planning longer tours for artists and trying to raise the profile of Rural Touring in the area.
